Values in San Antonio Real Estate Should MEAN Something…

The world has changed a lot since I was raised as one of the last Baby Boomers. The principles and values have shifted from words like respect to tolerance, from serving God to serving self. However, I was taught that God, Family, and Country are the 3 pillars of life. Why does that matter to you? When I consider working with you, my primary focus is to exceed your expectations; I will not compromise any of my 3 pillars for a buck. Selling your home or helping you purchase a home is not just another transaction to me – it’s my commitment to you.

Guidance, wisdom, sound judgment, honesty, integrity, knowledge of the purchase / sales process, responsiveness, communication skills, negotiation skills, trust, commitment to client, and being ethical are my most important values. Communication is the key to our success. In order to communicate effectively, I pray for God to guide me with His wisdom to lead us to the home you desire while simultaneously keeping us away from what you don’t desire.

One of the most important things we’ll do during our initial consultation is to give each other the permission to not work with each other if we decide we don’t complement each other. We’re going to be working together closely so we better set our mutual expectations at the start of our working relationship. During the process, we will more than likely experience turbulence but we will continue to forge onward to our mutual goal, specifically, buying or selling your home, where we will land safely, once again, it’s my commitment to you.
