As of October 3, 2015, home ownership has become more complicated due to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau or (CFPB). Congress established the Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection (CFPB) through the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act (Dodd-Frank Act). I’ve taken many classes to prepare for the changes and am becoming an expert on this act.
That being said, Selling or buying a home is more than the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. Your home is your unique expression of who you are or who you choose to be. It’s where you celebrate your life!
During my residential real estate career spanning over 10 years, I’ve worked with hundreds of clients that range from a 21 year old bartender who immigrated from Morocco and worked 2 jobs so he could become a first time homeowner to military veterans purchasing either their first or move-up home to multimillionaires purchasing their mainland home while keeping their gentleman farm in Hawaii. The bartenders’ mother appreciated me so much that when she found out I was single, she wanted me to go with her to Morocco and introduce me to my wife!
Experience shows that although every client has his or her unique requirements, my purpose is to understand your specific needs, wants, and desires by asking insightful, thought provoking questions designed to elicit what’s important to you. As I listen to your answers and refine what’s important to you,
I’ll build and execute an action plan designed to systematically accomplish your goals and objectives.
My primary focus is to provide you a stellar experience when we’re Bringing You Home!
